Welcome to my Menopause Page!
Are you going through menopause? Or can you see it on the horizon? I’ve been there, done that and wanted to share my experience and tips with you.
If I can save one woman from years of upset, crying, and not understanding what is happening and WHY, then mission accomplished.
I’ve put a ton of effort in my options for self study, pretty much pulling together everything I have learned about my own experience, so that I can fast forward you to feeling a lot better, a lot sooner.
I’ve got options for you to learn:
Online Menopause Workshop (pre recorded!)

This purchase is 45 minutes of me, talking you through my stress busting steps for handling perimenopause and menopause, and also includes a copy of my amazing ebook, packed with 5 minutes wins to help you cope with this time of life. Life time access when you purchase.
The online workshop is suitable for everyone - including partners, friends and family members who want to learn more!
My Menopause ebook
As a menopause educator, I feel it’s super important that women have a clear heads up about changes taking place in their life.
At 42 I had NO idea that menopause had a support act.
The workbook is £10.99 The workbook is delivered as a digital download by email after purchase so you can print it out at home.
Symptom Tracker
This tracker- known as The Greene Index is a list of symptoms used to study the impact of menopause.
Reading through the list, it’s easy to see why many women get a misdiagnosis and prescribed antidepressants instead of HRT! Don’t get despondent, I’m here to help.
The idea is that you print this list out, and fill it out each month to keep a track of how menopause is affecting you.
You’ll need to go through the checkout process and then the PDF will be delivered by email.
Feel free to print as many copies as you need and take them with you when visiting your GP or other health professional.
Who is this for?
Anyone experiencing (or about to experience menopause). This includes partners, friends and family members who want to learn more!
It’s also great for employers who want to be more supportive.
What this workshop isn’t:
It’s not all doom and gloom. I’m not here to scare you!
