Part of the training was that I had to do the sequence on myself every night for 2 weeks.  Session 3... game changer. 

I love using the facial cups at home.  If you do decide to purchase I am very happy to demonstrate safely how to use them.  There is always a tendency to really go for it.  Yes I did it every night as part of my training for 2 weeks, but it was about 10 mins in total.  

Please not that they may be contraindications where it’s not a good idea to proceed with facial cupping. I will ask you detailed questions when we meet. If a client has fillers in the cheeks/chin/jaw area it’s really not advised. Fillers in the lips no problem as I don’t go near that. Recent (with a month) botox also not advised due to nature of botox being to freeze (my language) a muscle and facial cupping mobilises it.
