What do you want to get better at?
For me, it’s always about getting good sleep, I crave it, and I know I feel so much better when i get good quality sleep.
So how do I do that? My bedroom is for sleeping in, and reading my book. That’s it. I don’t take food to bed, I don’t take my laptop to bed, I try not to scroll on Pinterest in bed (sometimes I fail at this one)
Recently I make a big mistake and went into a shop on Buchanan Street here In Glasgow, called Rituals, and that’s what started the train of thought here. I bought myself some sleepy time tea, and a posh gold teacup, and I am really enjoying sitting on my bedroom floor before bed, and preparing myself for a good nights sleep.
It’s maybe a questionable move drinking tea before bed, as I do get up during the night anyway, but I’m really enjoying the quiet time and process of winding down.
So what about you?
What ritual do you think you need or want in your life? Is it skincare? Is it movement? Is it remembering to scrub your feet in the shower?
