The only way you will know whether you really want something/someone/that job /do yoga is to practice it, get out there, and just take that first step.
Promising yourself that you’ll do yoga for 30 mins a day, will stay where it is, until you decide to take out the yoga mat.
There’s LOADS of stuff that I have been putting off because I think I can’t do it, or the time is not right, and now I am gieing it laldy. I have been putting off making upgrades to my home, and decluttering because, I don’t know why, but I am off loading and reselling some of my furniture (circular economy) and It feels really good.
I’ve enlisted the help of a good friend to help my style my home, and come with ideas to refresh. (I’ve employed her to help out)
It helps when yer pal was one of the houses in Scotlands Home of the Year! Look up West End Styling in Aberdeen. Victoria did the appointment with me virtually.
If you think I am sounding excited about this, you are absolutely right. My home is very important to me, and I want it to feel organised and calming when I walk in the door.
